Management

Managing with the Enneagram

The Enneagram describes nine ways of being motivated, and nine things that reliably go wrong under pressure. One day to recognise your own profile, read your team's, and stop managing everyone as though they wanted what you want.

Questions about this training

Do participants need to know the Enneagram already?

The training is particularly suited to participants who have already followed a self-awareness or Enneagram training, since it opens with a reminder of each person's Enneagram type.

What is the Enneagram?

A personality model based on nine types. It helps people know themselves better and understand others. In this training, it is used to adapt management to each team member.

What will a manager be able to do afterwards?

Identify the profiles in their team, then give feedback, delegate, coach, motivate and set boundaries in a way suited to each Enneagram type, and keep the Enneagram alive within the team.
